1. Is this done over the phone or in

    person?

• Coaching sessions are via phone unless you live in the Tampa Bay area and want to meet with me personally.

2. Is an hour an actual hour, or is it a 

    "50 minute" hour?

• Yes. Your session is a FULL hour - 60 minutes.

3. Can I follow up with questions via

    email after our session? 

• Yes. I will answer your email questions for 2 business days following our session at no charge.

4. Will I receive any printed materials

   (tools) with my coaching session?

• Yes. On specific topics we have collateral support materials which will be emailed you after our session.

5. How far in advance do I need to 

    schedule? Can I schedule more than

    1 hour at a time?

• 2 business days is a safe bet. Yes, you can schedule more than 1 hour at a time.
